notification
Used when performing a test of the system or an alert notification contact. The varbinds
that follow are:
OBJ1 = tlpAgentType
Obj1Value = The type of engine providing this data
OBJ2 = tlpAgentVersion
Obj2Value = The current version of the engine
OBJ3 = tlpAgentMAC
Obj3Value = The MAC address of the engine
OBJ4 = tlpAgentSerialNum
Obj4Value = The serial number of the web card [should be 0 on PC]
