If input source voltage level falls below this value, a unit connected to this input source will transition to other input source (if it is in fair condition as denoted by tlpAtsConfigTransferSet). The maximum value allowed is dictated by tlpAtsConfigBrownoutSet. The minimum value allowed is dictated by tlpAtsConfigLowVoltageReset. If not supported, this value will return ERROR_NO_SUCH_NAME.
