Source MAC-Address for Provider Backbone Bridging packets.
If not provisioned, it defaults to the loopback chassis
MAC-Address.
An inconsistentValue error is returned if an attempt
is made to set this object when the value of
tnSvcVplsType is not 'bVpls'.
