The value of the object tnSapTlsStpRapidStart specifies whether Rapid Start is enabled on this SAP. When the value is 'enabled' the Spanning Tree Protocol state transitions on this SAP are driven by the value of the 'HelloTime' instead of the value of 'ForwardDelay', thus allowing a faster transition into the forwarding state. This parameter is also referred to as 'adminEdge'.
