The value of tnPortPacketSwitchId indicates the packetswitch id that this port belongs to. For PSS cards 11OPE8, 11QCE12X, 11QPE24, which are not supported by packetswitch, the value returned will be zero. If a packetswitch supported card (eg 12CE120) has not been provisioned in a packetswitch, the id will also be zero.
