The tnPortEtherIngressRate variable specifies the maximum ingress bandwidth (in mega-bits per second) that the Ethernet interface can receive. A value of -1 means that the limit is the actual physical limit. If the provisioned sub-rate bandwidth is larger than the actual physical bandwidth of the interface, the latter applies.
