tnDot1agCfmMepSdpId, the SDP Binding for the bridge.
              
tnDot1agCfmMepVcId is applicable to SDP-Bindings only, and MUST
be set to zero (0) when dot1agCfmMepIfIndex or
dot1agCfmMepPrimaryVid is non-zero. When this object is
applicable (non-zero), the dot1agCfmMepIfIndex and
dot1agCfmMepPrimaryVid MUST be set to zero (0).
