The value of tnDot1agCfmMepOndemandLmTimeout specifies the time-out value,
in milliseconds, to wait for a response message for the two-way LM test.
Upon expiration of the timeout period, the agent assumes that the response
message will not be received. Any response received after the timeout period
has expired is silently discarded.
