The value of vRtrStPSrv6BSidLocatorName specifies the locator for the
static policy.
              
If the value of vRtrStPSrv6BSidLocatorName is not default, then an
entry must exist in vRtrSrv6LocatorTable in TIMETRA-SRV6-MIB that has
value of vRtrSrv6LocatorName equal to value of
vRtrStPSrv6BSidLocatorName.
              
The value of vRtrStPSrv6BSidLocatorName must be not default when the
head-end of the policy is the local node.
              
Binding SID address (vRtrStPSrv6BindingSidAddrType,
vRtrStPSrv6BindingSidAddr) and locator (vRtrStPSrv6BSidLocatorName)
can't be both configured at the same time.
