Each row entry represents a configuration of a SRv6 static policy binding SID. Binding SID entries can be configured only for static policies with the value of vRtrSrStaticPlcyType set to 'srv6' and the value of vRtrSrStaticPlcySegmentRoutingV6 set to 'true'. Each static policy of type 'srv6' must have binding SID configured before it can be administratively enabled.
