column TIMETRA-TC-MIBTmnxOperState 
The value of the object svcVprnRadiusServerOperStatus indicates the
operational state of the RADIUS protocol.
              
If the value is 'outOfService' then the RADIUS server is not available
for use. If the value is 'inService' then the RADIUS server is
available for use.
