Object
svcVprnLdapRowStatus controls the creation and deletion of rows in the
table.
To create a row in the svcVprnLdapTable, set svcVprnLdapRowStatus to
createAndGo(4). To delete a row in the svcVprnLdapTable, set
svcVprnLdapRowStatus to delete(6).
