svcTlsDataMtThdTable configures Multicast Data Tunnel(Data MT)
thresholds for group prefixes.
          
Whenever the threshold of a C-(S,G)'s exceeds the configured threshold
value specified by svcTlsDataMtThd in this table, a MT interface is
created in svcTlsDataMtTable.  If the data-threshold goes
below the value specified by svcTlsDataMtThd, the MT
interface is automatically deleted.
