[CAUSE] The svcEvpnMHAutoEsiCreated notification is  generated when
the auto-esi type-1 is configured and the ESI is automatically
detected from the CE LACP PDUs.
          
[EFFECT] If the ESI is generated, the Ethernet Segment can become
function.
          
[RECOVERY] None needed.
