The value of svcDhcpLseStateLeaseSplitActive indicates whether or not the current lease time resulted from a lease split. If svcDhcpLseStateLeaseSplitActive is 'true', the lease time passed to the client is determined by the value of the object sapTlsDhcpProxyLeaseTime for VPLS SAPs, or by the value of the object vRtrIfDHCPProxyLeaseTime for Layer 3 interfaces.
