column obsolete r/w SNMPv2-SMIUnsigned32 
The value of the object svcDefMeshVcId specifies, only in services
that accept mesh SDP bindings, the VC ID portion of the sdpBindId
index of each mesh SDP binding defined in the service. The default
value of this object is equal to the service ID.
