IMET-IT routes will be advertised for this service.
              
If svcBgpEvpnIngressRepIncMcastAdv is 'false(2)', no IMET routes will
be sent for the service unless provider tunnel is configured with
owner bgp-evpn-mpls and root-and-leaf.
