Object
When sdpBindTlsLimitMacMove value is set to blockable (1) the agent will monitor the MAC relearn rate on this SDP Bind, and it will block it when the relearn rate specified by svcTlsMacMoveMaxRate is exceeded. When the value is 'nonBlockable' this SDP binding will not be blocked, and another blockable SDP binding will be blocked instead.
