Start is enabled on this pseudo-wire template.
              
When the value is 'enabled' the Spanning Tree Protocol state
transitions on this pseudo-wire template are driven by the value of
the 'HelloTime', instead of the value of 'ForwardDelay', thus allowing
a faster transition into the forwarding state.
