IP address to match with source IP of the packet.
              
The value of object tSapIngressIPCriteriaSourceIpAddr needs to be
always set together along with tSapIngressIPCriteriaSourceIpMask or
tSapIngressIPCritSrcIpFullMask, otherwise an 'inconsistentValue' error
is returned.
