the specific Dot1p i.e. tSapIngressDot1pValue.
              
Specification of a sub forwarding class is also allowed. The format of

class and a sub class identifier in the form
              
    base-fc-name[.sub-fc-name]
              
To reference a sub forwarding class, the mapping of the sub forwarding
class should be existing in this QoS policy.
