The value of the object tSapEgressQueueUsePortParent specifies whether this queue is parented by a port-level scheduler. When the value is 'true', this SAP egress queue is parented by a port-level scheduler. This object is mutually exclusive with tSapEgressQueueParent. Only one kind of parent is allowed.
