source port value. The value of this object is used according to the
value of tSapEgrIPCritSourcePortOperator.
              
The value of tSapEgrIPCritSourcePortOperator and
tSapEgrIPCritSourcePortValue1 and tSapEgrIPCritSourcePortValue2 should
be set together in the same snmp request, otherwise an
'inconsistentValue' error is returned.
