user.
              
The value of object tQosIngQueueAdminFIR and tQosIngQueuePoliced
should be set together in the same snmp request, otherwise an
'inconsistentValue' error is returned.
              
Both objects tQosIngQueueAdminFIR and tQosIngQueuePoliced can not be
set to non-default values together.
