probability, as a percentage, when the queue depth reaches
tQosIngPolicerSlopeMaxDepth. The drop increases steadily from 0 at the
tQosIngPolicerSlopeStartDepth up to the tQosIngPolicerSlopeMaxProb at
the tQosIngPolicerSlopeMaxDepth.
              
This object is obsoleted in 14.0 Release.
