probability, as a percentage, when the queue depth reaches
tQosEgrPolicerSlopeMaxDepth. The drop increases steadily from 0 at the
tQosEgrPolicerSlopeStartDepth up to the tQosEgrPolicerSlopeMaxProb at
the tQosEgrPolicerSlopeMaxDepth.
              
This object is obsoleted in 14.0 Release.
