Object
The value of the object tNetworkQueuePortCIRLvl specifies the port priority this queue will use to receive bandwidth from the port-level scheduler for its within-cir offered load. An 'inconsistentValue' error is returned if the value of tNetworkQueuePortCIRLvl is set to non-default value when the value of object tNetworkQueueUsePortParent is 'false'.
