The value of tmnxWaveTrackerTrailName indicates the trail name of the
encode point. This trail is usually transmitted in the OTU pm-tti.
              
tmnxWaveTrackerTrailName is equivalent to 'tnWaveKeyEncodeTrailName'
of the 1696-Roadm MIBs.
              
This object was obsoleted in release 22.2.
