The value of tmnxPortSharedQAggRateType specifies the type of Egress
Agg rate.
              
When the value of the object is set to 'kbps', the ingress queue rates
are specified in kbps. The objects tmnxPortSharedQAggRateCIRPercent
and tmnxPortSharedQAggRatePIRPercent will be set to their default
values.
              
When the value of the object is set to 'percent', the egress queue
rates are specified in percentage. The objects
tmnxPortSharedQAggRateCIRPercent and tmnxPortSharedQAggRatePIRPercent
will be set to their default values.
