The value of tmnxPortEtherTxPauseFrame specifies whether or not the
transmission of pause frames is enabled.
              
When the value of tmnxPortEtherTxPauseFrame is 'true (1)', the port
will send PAUSE frames when required based on the rate of received
traffic.
              
When the value of tmnxPortEtherTxPauseFrame is 'false (2), the port
will block the transmission of PAUSE frames.
