The value of tmnxPortEtherMtuProfile specifies that a HW profile must
be allocated in order to enforce MTU checks and ICMP 'Packet too big'
error reporting.
              
The MTU value applied is the value of vRtrIfOperMtu which is set to
the smallest value of the vRtrIfMtu/port MTU pair.
