The tmnxPortEtherEgressRate variable specifies the maximum egress bandwidth (in kilobits per second) that the Ethernet interface can generate. A value of -1 means that the limit is the actual physical limit. If the provisioned subrate bandwidth is larger than the actual physical bandwidth of the interface, the latter applies.
