The value of tmnxObjAppResvSizeOld indicates old value of reserved
size of the associated object (MDA or port). When
tmnxObjAppResvSizeOld is set to '4294967295', tmnxObjAppResvSizeOld
indicates invalid reserved size value.
          
This is used by tmnxResvCbsPoolThreshGreen, tmnxResvCbsPoolThreshAmber
and tmnxResvCbsPoolThreshRed notifications.
