The value of tmnxObjAppAlrmThreshTotalPool specifies the alarm
threshold for total pool in use, in centipercent.
              
When the usage exceeds this threshold percentage, the exceeded
threshold trap will be generated. When the usage fall backs below
threshold percentage, the exceed threshold clear trap will be
generated.
