The value of tmnxObjAppAlrmThreshResvPool specifies the alarm
threshold for reserved pool in use, in centipercent.
              
When the usage exceeds this threshold percentage, the exceeded
threshold trap will be generated. When the usage fall backs below
threshold percentage, the exceed threshold clear trap will be
generated.
