The value of tmnxDDMLaneId specifies the Optical Lane ID for the row.
The maximum ID for a given port is restricted to the value of
tmnxPortSFPNumLanes for the given port.
              
For QSFP-AMP-ZR optics, lane 1 is the egress amp and lane 2 is the
ingress amp.
