column obsolete r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
tmnxBundleShortSequence command specifies that the MLPPP bundle should
use short (12 bit) sequence numbers. Instead of the standard long (24
bits) sequence number. This object is only applicable to
tmnxBundleType value of mlppp.
