The TmnxOtuFecMode specifies what type of Forward Error Correction
(FEC) has been enabled on the port. The valid types are as follows:
          
       - disabled       - OTU encap enabled with no FEC.
       - g709fec        - OTU encap enabled with G.709 FEC.
       - enhanced       - OTU encap enabled with enhanced FEC.
