The value of tmnxOamIcmpPingCtlBypassRouting specifies whether or not
to send the ping request to a host on a directly attached network,
bypassing the routing table.
              
Only one of tmnxOamIcmpPingCtlNhAddress, tmnxOamIcmpPingCtlEgrIfIndex,
tmnxOamIcmpPingCtlEgrIfName, or tmnxOamIcmpPingCtlBypassRouting may be
set to a non-default value.  Otherwise, 'inconsistentValue' is
returned.
