tmnxOamIcmpPingCtlTable (along with tmnxOamPingCtlTable) contains the
configuration information for ICMP ping tests.
          
Two types of 'icmpPing' tests are supported, as configured
using tmnxOamIcmpPingCtlTestSubMode.  The objects which can be
configured away from default for each type are shown in the following
table.
