format used in packets sent for the 'twampLight(3)' test.
              
Code points:
    ntp(0) - send Network Time Protocol (NTP) timestamps.
    ptp(1) - send Precision Time Protocol Version 2 (PTPv2)
        timestamps.
              
This object is applicable to tests with
    tmnxOamPmCfgTwampLtTestSubType = 'subTypeTwampLight'
and
    tmnxOamPmCfgTwampLtTestSubType = 'subTypeSTAMP'.
