The value of tmnxOamPmCfgSessIpLspFromAddress specifies the IP head
address used with tmnxOamPmCfgSessIpLspTemplName to tunnel the IP
packets sent by the tests belonging to the specified session.

DESCRIPTION clause for tmnxOamPmCfgSessIpTunnelTypeMpls.
