The value of tmnxOamPmCfgSessIpLspDstPfx, along with
tmnxOamPmCfgSessIpLspDstPfxType and tmnxOamPmCfgSessIpLspDstPfxLen,
specifies the IP destination prefix used to tunnel the IP packets sent
by the tests belonging to the specified session.
              
The rules for changing this value away from default are shown in the
DESCRIPTION clause for tmnxOamPmCfgSessIpTunnelTypeMpls.
