Algorithm used to tunnel the IP packets sent by the tests belonging to
the specified session.
              
Zero indicates no Flexible Algorithm has been specified.
              
The rules for changing this value away from default are shown in the
DESCRIPTION clause for tmnxOamPmCfgSessIpTunnelTypeMpls.
