notification 
[CAUSE] The vRtrMplsNodeInIgpOverloadIpv6 notification is generated
when MPLS gets a notification that a node is in IGP overload state.
          
[EFFECT] The LSPs with IPv6 addresses transiting through nodes  that
are in IGP overload state are teardown.
          
[RECOVERY] There is no recovery required for this notification.
