for periodic LSP ping for BFD bootstrapping.
              
The object vRtrMplsLspPathBfdPingIntvl is applicable to LSPs with
vRtrMplsLspType set to 'dynamic'.
              
When the value of vRtrMplsLspPathBfdPingIntvl is set to '0', it
disables LSP pings for BFD bootstrapping.
