The vRtrMplsLspExtBfdSrcAddr specifies the source address of BFD
packets when BFD is enabled on this LSP.
              
The address type of vRtrMplsLspExtBfdSrcAddr is specified by
vRtrMplsLspExtBfdSrcAddrType.
              
When vRtrMplsLspExtBfdSrcAddr has not been explicitly set, the sender
address of the LSP will be used as source address of BFD packets.
