The object vRtrMplsLspBfdPingIntvl is applicable to LSPs with
vRtrMplsLspType set to 'dynamic'.
              
When the value of vRtrMplsLspBfdPingIntvl is set to '0', it disables
LSP pings for BFD bootstrapping.
