Object
The value of vRtrMplsGenLspHistAdminState specifies whether or not LSP
history is being recorded.
When the value of vRtrMplsGenLspHistAdminState is set to 'inService',
LSP history will be recorded.
When the value of vRtrMplsGenLspHistAdminState is set to
'outOfService', LSP history will stop being recorded and previously
recorded history will remain intact.
This variable is not valid if LSP history is disabled i.e. when
vRtrMplsGenLspHistory is set to 'false'.
