The tMirrorSourceIpFilterChange event is generated when a IP filter or filter entry associated with the mirror-source indicated by tMirrorSourceIndex is 'modified' or 'deleted'. If the only the base filter is modified, tMirrorSourceFilterEntryId will have a value of 0.
